9.1 The warranty period is one year from delivery. 10.3 Insofar as we are liable for damages on the merits pursuant to the above clause 9.2, this liability shall be limited to damages which we foresaw as a possible consequence of a breach of contract at the time of conclusion of the contract or which we should have foreseen if we had exercised due diligence.
